Construction of New 132/33 kV Satna-II Substation
We were awarded the project by MPPTCL to construct a new 132/33 kV substation at Satna-II.
Following the handover of the land to Vikran, we successfully completed and commissioned the substation in a record time of just 14 months. Below are the key details of the work completed:
- 2 Nos. 50 MVA Power Transformers
- 2 Nos. 132/33 kV Transformer Bays
- 2 Nos. 132 kV Feeder Bays
- 1 No. 132 kV Bus Coupler Bay
- 2 Nos. 33 kV Transformer Bays
- 2 Nos. 33 kV Feeder Bays
- 1 No. 33 kV Capacitor Bank

Project Challenges
Despite facing several challenges, including tough site conditions, right-of-way (ROW) issues, and stringing work in hilly terrain, we successfully completed and commissioned the line within 10 months after the site was handed over to us.
