By providing innovative solution we were able to complete Gwalior city IPDS Project 07 Month ahead of schedule. As a result Vikran was able to achieved 2% full incentive as per tenders terms & condition.
Project Background: Survey, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning Of New LT Line Using Arial bunch AB Cable ,Installation Of Distribution Transformer & Installation Of Single Phase, Three Phase and group meter for domestic consumer in Gwalior Region (Morena Gwalior O&M, Gwalior City).

1. This Project was to be executed in Town/Urban area and lot of public interference and Indulgence was there.
2. As Work allotted was in Dacoit influence area Therefore working in these areas was big challenge.
