Various process and committees such as Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committees are in place which provide all employees, vendors, suppliers and customers a secure and 24×7 access to raise grievances.
Open Door Policy
One of our best practice is “Open Door Policy”. Our open-door policy in business reflects our commitment to transparent and flexible communication between managers and team members, Directors and CMD. We ask our employees, as the heart of our business, to be ready to provide positive or negative feedback or share ideas that can help us thrive.
The open-door policy encourages us with effective communication between team members and Directors & CMD. Our employees do not feel left out at the workplace as they know there is someone to support them always at the time of crisis. There is no room for confusion when there is direct interaction. It is helping our employees to feel motivated and strive hard to live up to the expectations of the management.
